Repair Supplies and Services for APX-123, Common Identification, Friend or Foe (IFF) Digital Transponder (CXP) Systems

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is issuing a notice of intent to negotiate and award a Purchase Order to BAE Systems Information and Electronics Systems Integration, Inc. for the repair of the APX-123 IFF CXP. The contract will include non-recurring engineering, reliability/sustainability improvements, qualification, test, repair, and modification support, as well as spare and repair parts. • The contract is for the repair of the APX-123 IFF CXP systems. • The tasking will consist of non-recurring engineering, reliability/sustainability improvements, qualification, test, repair, and modification support. • Spare and repair parts will be provided for the APX-123, including Change Kits at multiple levels of certification. • Labor will be provided to support and deliver repair requirements, non-recurring engineering, reliability/sustainability improvements, qualification, test, repair, and modification support. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement to determine whether to initiate a competitive procurement.
