Description
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is soliciting quotes for the procurement of two line items: VALVE, LINEAR, DIRECT and CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY. The quantities required are 20 EA for the valve and 06 EA for the circuit card assembly. The vendor must provide the items in accordance with the specified packaging requirements and MIL-STD-2073-1E. The purchase order will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis, and payments will be made in accordance with the FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment clause.
• The valve must be preserved in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Method 10, and cushioned in a double layer of 3/4 inch bubble wrap.
• The circuit card assembly must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-LE Method 41, initially wrapped in electrostatic discharge protective material conforming to MIL-PRF-81705E, Type III.
• The vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.
• The contractor shall be responsible for notifying the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to the contractor being ready for any Q/A inspections or testing as required.
