Description
The Cheboygan Area Schools is seeking bids for the surfacing of the High School Track and Tennis Courts. The project requires a firm, sealed bid, and the bidder must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the school board or superintendent. The bid must also include a Bid Security for 5% of the bid amount and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The bid package must be labeled clearly with "HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & TENNIS COURTS SURFACING".
• Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
• An optional Pre-Bid Walkthrough will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
• The school reserves the right to reject any and all bids and make awards in the best interests of the owner.
