Description
The Town of Westerly is seeking sealed bids for the repair of the Transfer Station building, located at 39 Larry Hirsch Lane, Westerly, RI. The project includes replacement of the roof, siding, and structural repairs. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• Replacement of the roof with a standing seam panel system
• Replacement of the wall panels
• Reinforcement or replacement of structural framing
• Replacement of building accessories and components
• Cleaning and painting of the structural steel main frame
• Installation of metal roof and wall panels
• Installation of doors and frames
• Flashing and trim work
