The U.S. Embassy Lome Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program aims to strengthen the strategic relationship between the United States and Togo by promoting economic growth, enhancing security cooperation, and highlighting American innovation and leadership. The program seeks targeted, results-oriented projects that deliver tangible returns for both nations. The main goals of the program are to support commercial ties, deepen security ties, and amplify American excellence and innovation.

Eligible applicants include U.S.-based and local organizations, not-for-profit organizations, public and private educational institutions, individuals, and public international organizations and governmental institutions.
