Description
The Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) is seeking to purchase a brand-new Large Area Rotary Mower - Front Mount w/Cab & Attachments for Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. The acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the baseline reference model is the Toro 5910 series Groundmaster. The mower must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and minimum requirements specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The deliverables include the mower, operator and maintenance manuals, basic operator familiarization training, and a planned maintenance plan covering 4 years or 4,000 hours of operation.
• The mower must have a 65-80 HP turbocharged diesel engine, EPA Tier 4, and a hydrostatic power train and braking system.
• The cab must have climate control functionality with A/C and heat, air filtration system, and front and rear LED work lighting system.
• The mower must have a front-mounted side discharge mower deck with a 180-196” wide cutting system and a deep deck design for large amounts of debris flow.
• The planned maintenance plan must cover scheduled engine services, all required fluids and filters, and general scheduled maintenance tasks.
