USCGC Stratton Hydraulic Cylinder Overhaul

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to perform a hydraulic cylinder overhaul for the USCGC Stratton. The work must be performed on-site at 1 Eagle Rd, Alameda, CA, and the period of performance is from 15 June 2026 to 10 July 2026. The contractor will be responsible for removing, overhauling, and reinstalling the luffing cylinder on the #4 folding boom crane. The contractor must also perform operational tests and touch-up preservation to all surfaces that were disturbed during the cylinder overhaul. • The contractor must conform to all requirements specified in the attached Statement of Work and the list of applicable FAR provisions and clauses. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation that includes all costs associated with providing the services. • The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussions. • The contractor must identify any subcontractors proposed to perform major or critical aspects of the requirement. • The contractor must provide sufficient descriptive information to demonstrate that the offered services meet the requirements of the solicitation.
