BUILDING FOUNDATION INVESTIGATION AND FOUNDATION REMEDIATION WORK AT CITY OF RICHMOND FIRE STATION NO. 63

The City of Richmond is seeking qualified foundation, geotechnical, and structural engineering firms (or integrated teams) to investigate and remediate foundation slab displacement at Fire Station No. 63. The effort will include additional subsurface testing, cause analysis, design of a remediation plan, cost estimating, and coordination of any required sub‑consultants.
