Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide screws, cap, hexagon head, and other specified materials. The contractor must meet the technical requirements and provide descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
• The contractor must provide a technical spec sheet and proof of traceability with their quote.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide shipping information, including the place of manufacture and country of origin.
• The contractor must certify that the items meet the technical requirements and are free from defects.
• The Government reserves the right to judge which proposals show the required capability and to eliminate proposals that are considered unacceptable.
