The El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking a qualified concrete contractor to perform restoration work at multiple predetermined locations throughout El Dorado County. The scope includes sidewalk, curb‑and‑gutter, and driveway restoration (both standard‑finish and custom‑finish) with unit‑price pricing per square foot, and optional traffic‑control and aggregate‑base line items. The contract is for a 12‑month period with possible one‑ or two‑year extensions at the same rates, and includes prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and safety requirements.
• Unit‑price bid for four concrete restoration categories (sidewalk, curb/gutter, standard‑finish driveway, custom‑finish driveway).
• Contractor must hold a concrete‑specific C‑8 license, be DIR‑registered, and meet California prevailing‑wage and apprenticeship rules.
