The system is considered a critical safety item, and its failure could result in loss of life or serious injury. The contractor must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 and provide certification of compliance with the contract requirements. The contractor must also provide a certificate of tests and maintain records of all inspections and tests. Some key requirements of the contract include: • The contractor must be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the valve control system. • The contractor must provide a detailed repair proposal, including a delivery schedule and cost breakdown. • The contractor must perform non-destructive testing and hydrostatic testing on the system. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance and a certificate of tests. • The contractor must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001.
