Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 200,000 #10 window envelopes. The envelopes must be printed with 6 lines of type, 2 rules, and an agency logo in Pantone 280 (blue) on the face, and have a die-cut window on the face with a suitable transparent material. The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment and ensure that the printing is in accordance with USPS regulations.
