RFQ for Oshkosh Instruction Plates (NSNs 9905-01-224-2819 & 9905-01-437-5220)

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking quotations for the supply of Oshkosh instruction plates, specifically NSNs 9905-01-224-2819 and 9905-01-437-5220. The solicitation is a small business set-aside, and vendors must be registered to receive purchase orders via EDI or through the OMS Vendor Portal. The products must meet the salient characteristics described in the solicitation and conform to the producer's own specifications, standards, and quality assurance practices. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance. • The products must be marked in accordance with GSAM 552.211.73 and Federal Standard 123 for domestic civilian activities, and with Military Standard 129 for military activities. • The products must be packaged and packed for domestic and export shipments in accordance with GSAM provision/Clause 552.211-75 and/or the latest requirements of ASTM D-3951. • Vendors must submit a complete, accurate, and fully compliant quote with all required documentation and completed fields. • The Government will evaluate offers based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
