70--FUNCTIONALITY MDL 6, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to repair and modify the Functionality MDL 6. The contractor must meet the operational and functional requirements as represented by the Cage Code and reference number. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the full repair effort. The contractor must also provide a teardown and evaluation rate, repair turnaround time, and throughput constraint. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the repair turnaround time. • The contractor must meet the requirements of MIL-STD-129 for marking and packaging. • The contractor must provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor on the OEM's letterhead if they are not the Original End Manufacturer. • The contractor must provide a "Warning Plate" stating that metallic mercury is a functional part of the item if mercury is used. • The contractor must comply with the quality system requirements of ISO 9001. • The contractor must keep records of all inspection work for 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies.
