48--FIVE SSDG AND AUX SEAWATER CHECK VALVES

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a vendor to provide five SSDG and auxiliary seawater check valves for the NOAA ship Thomas Jefferson. The vendor must demonstrate that all parts will be sourced directly from the manufacturer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized dealer/reseller of the original manufacturer. The vendor must also provide at least three references for projects performed within the past three years that are similar in scope to the requirement. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government, considering availability, authorized vendor, and price. • The vendor must provide an itemized breakdown of the cost of the quote, including shipping and freight. • The vendor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all the terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. • The vendor must provide proof that they are an authorized dealer from the manufacturer. • The vendor must provide manufacturer documentation/data sheets of the proposed product, demonstrating that it meets the specification on the statement of need.
