The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide a quote for 30 General Purpose AGM Sealed Lead Acid Batteries with M6 Nut and Bolt Terminals, along with a shipping and handling fee. The batteries should be shipped to 295 Highway 20 East, Tuscumbia, AL 35674. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit their quotes electronically through the system. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications and to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
• The quote should include the price of the batteries and the shipping and handling fee.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
