Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of envelopes. The contract requires the production of 35,000 #10 window envelopes and 12,500 #10 no window envelopes. The envelopes must be printed with a detailed agency logo in Pantone 280 blue and have specific construction and window requirements. The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment and adhere to the GPO Contract Terms. The quotation must include the price for each jacket, and the award will be made based on the lowest total bid for all jackets.
• The contractor must produce the entire job using either conventional offset or digital printing.
• The contractor must provide e-mailed electronic page proofs for each jacket.
• The contractor must deliver the envelopes to the Fargo VA Health Care System.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via e-mail.
