Description
The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking a New Jersey‑licensed law firm to serve as its Township Attorney/General Counsel through December 31 2026. The firm will provide comprehensive legal services—including advisory opinions, ordinance drafting, contract review, attendance at municipal meetings, legislative updates, and oversight of any special counsel—on a fee‑for‑service basis. Selection will be based on qualifications, experience with New Jersey municipalities, and sample work products.
