Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a qualified source for the repair of the Regulator CCA, part number 762R923G01, used in the F-16 C/D APG-68 Dual Mode Transmitter. To become a qualified source, the offeror must meet specific requirements, including prequalification notice, facilities and testing capabilities, data verification, and repair process verification. The offeror must also provide a qualification article for evaluation and may be required to provide a post-contract award first article exhibit to verify production capability.
• The Regulator CCA is a critical component of the F-16 C/D APG-68 Dual Mode Transmitter.
• The offeror must have the required facilities, equipment, and personnel to repair, inspect, test, package, and store the item.
• The offeror must verify that they have a complete data package, including procedures, drawings, and specifications.
• The offeror must repair the item to conform to government requirements and provide a qualification test plan and report.
• The government retains the right to inspect the testing processes and exercise the option to witness any or all documented testing.
