Citywide Curb Ramp Improvements 2024 Project

The Citywide Curb Ramp Improvements 2024 Project aims to upgrade existing non-compliant curb ramps to meet current accessibility requirements. The project scope includes removal and construction of Asphalt and PCC pavements, ADA curb ramps, cross gutters, curb and gutters, utility adjustments, and other items as shown in the plans and specifications. The estimated cost of the project is $800,000.00, and bidders must have an active Class "A" license from the Contractor’s State License Board, a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience, and 5 recently completed similar public works projects. • The project is subject to federal prevailing wage requirements and the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. • The project is also subject to the Build America, Buy America Act, which requires the use of domestically produced iron, steel, and manufactured products. • Bidders must comply with the Clean Air and Water Acts and provide certification of compliance. • The project requires the submission of a bid bond, and the successful bidder must provide a performance bond, labor and material bond, and maintenance bond.
