This solicitation calls for the repair of Navy‑issued ALTIMETER and PRESSURIZ units. The contractor must perform teardown, evaluation, and full repair of each unit on a firm‑fixed‑price basis, comply with MIL‑STD‑130 marking, MIL‑STD‑2073 packaging, and a strict repair turn‑around time (RTAT) of approximately 114‑115 days. The work includes inspection, testing, documentation, and final acceptance by the Government. The contract is a fixed‑price, bilateral award and will be DPAS‑rated for national‑defense priority. • Repair and overhaul of altimeter/pressurizer assemblies (CAGE 0WEC9, Ref 671CPX‑10‑051). • Mandatory mercury‑free construction; any mercury‑containing parts require written approval. • Contractor must submit a teardown & evaluation (TD&E) quote within 90 days of receipt of carcasses. • Pricing must include new‑part cost estimates, RTAT, and any exceptions (packaging, labeling, etc.). • One‑year warranty from delivery; records retained 365 days post‑delivery. • Option to increase quantity up to 365 days after award without re‑solicitation. • All work must meet applicable DoD, Navy, and MIL‑STD requirements (130, 2073, etc.).
