All-Range Tactical Clothing (ARTC) Request for Information

The U.S. Army Contracting Command is seeking feedback for Technical Data Packages (TDP) of the All-Range Tactical Clothing (ARTC) system. The ARTC is a layered system that protects Soldiers in cold weather environments. The goal of this effort is to receive industry feedback to improve the engineering accuracy of data in the ARTC TDPs and feedback on the first Apparel Tech Pack (ATP), Digital Apparel Tool (DAT) output. • The ARTC system provides the Warfighter with the capability to operate in extreme cold weather as found in Arctic and Subarctic regions. • The TDPs define the physical and functional characteristics of a configured item and its subordinate assemblies, subassemblies, and parts. • The information received under this announcement may be used to update the ARTC TDPs as well as guide the overarching TDP structure and formatting.
