Demolition Services for David Ewalt Center - RFP

The City of Pontiac is seeking a qualified and experienced demolition contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the demolition and site clearance of the Ewalt Building. The scope of work includes complete demolition of the structure and foundations, removal and disposal of debris, asbestos and hazardous material abatement, utility disconnection, site grading, and final site restoration. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. • The project is funded by the Michigan Spark Grant. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and applicable licenses. • The contractor must have experience with similar demolition projects. • The contractor must provide a detailed project approach and timeline. • The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and provide a safety plan.
