Description
The County of Brunswick is soliciting sealed bids for ancillary materials related to the Longwood Road Sewer Project. The project includes installing low-pressure sewer collection systems to provide wastewater service to a currently underserved, rural area of Brunswick County. The materials requested in this Invitation to Bid are directly associated with, and necessary for, the completion of this project. Bidders must submit one hard copy of the proposal, and bids may only be mailed or hand-delivered to the specified address.
• The project is funded by a grant from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, with a maximum amount of $14,956,200.
• Bidders must agree to strictly adhere to all terms and conditions contained in the Invitation to Bid, including the Regulatory Requirements incorporated by reference.
• The County reserves the right to award more than one contract to more than one bidder, based on bids received for the various product groups.
• Substitutions will only be permitted with Brunswick County’s prior written authorization.
• Quantities denoted are estimates for bidding purposes only, and the County does not guarantee that any minimum or maximum number of purchases will be made under an awarded contract.
