ITB 26-109 2024-2025 CDBG ADA Ramp/Sidewalk Repair/Replace Tasks

The City of Brookhaven is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of designated sidewalks, sidewalk sections, curbing, and curb ramps associated with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) area. The contractor shall provide all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, materials, and labor to complete the installation or repair of ADA-compliant ramps and sidewalk sections. The work must be done in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation's Standard Road Specifications and Accessibility Standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • The project includes the removal and replacement of sidewalks, curbing, and curb ramps. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor. • The work must be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation's standards and ADA guidelines. • The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
