The Interface Test Set (ITS) MK 341 MOD 2

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is conducting market research to identify qualified and responsible sources that may be interested in a potential future procurement for the manufacture, assembly, test, and delivery of the Interface Test Set (ITS) MK 341 MOD 2. The ITS MK 341 MOD 2 is a critical system designed to ensure reliable communication, diagnostics, and functional testing within the Vertical Launching System (VLS) infrastructure. • The contractor shall fabricate, assemble, test, and deliver VLS ITS MK 341 MOD 2 and associated Lowest Replaceable Units (LRUs) in accordance with the documents specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting, and reporting. • The contractor shall perform First Article Inspection (FAI) of all assemblies, subassemblies, components, and detail parts. • The contractor shall maintain a quality system, associated certifications or compliances, and test/inspection results. • The contractor shall establish a statistically-based process control and defect reduction program to control and improve product quality.
