Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the replacement of windows at the Pullen Park Community Center building. The scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of existing windows and doors, supply and installation of energy-efficient windows and exterior doors, sealing, trimming, flashing, and finishing work, and final inspection and cleanup. The project also includes an alternate bid to replace two storefront doors at the North-West and South-West entrances. The City encourages participation from Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and has an aspirational goal of 15% of the total contract amount to be performed by MWBE businesses.
• The project is located at 408 Ashe Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27606.
• The bid deadline is December 16, 2025, at 2pm.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 20, 2025, at 10am.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
• The City has a MWBE policy that encourages participation from MWBE businesses and requires bidders to document good faith efforts to provide meaningful participation by MWBEs in the performance of the contract.
