Planned Commercial Debris and Concrete Removal at 17501 Brush

The City of Detroit Construction & Demolition Department is seeking a pre-qualified demolition contractor to remove all remaining building material, concrete, and debris from 17501 Brush to support the City of Detroit Solar Initiative. The scope of work includes the removal of concrete material, grading the site to conform to adjoining sidewalks, alleys, and properties, and preventing excessive run-off and pooling of water. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Key aspects of the project include: • Removing concrete material, including 4 driveways, 6 inlets, and other miscellaneous concrete material • Grading the site to prevent excessive run-off and pooling of water • Complying with directives or guidance provided by BSEED or other City agencies • Ensuring access to the property for heavy machinery
