100238- Walker Road & Murray Blvd Intersection Improvements

The Washington County Department of Land Use & Transportation is seeking bids for the Walker Road & Murray Blvd Intersection Improvements project. The project includes constructing a bridge on Murray Blvd over Cedar Mill Creek, deconstructing and rehabilitating the existing Murray Bridge, installing box culverts, traffic signals, and stormwater collection and conveyance systems. The project also involves grading, drainage, paving, signing, striping, illumination, landscaping, and utilities. The estimated project cost range is $20,000,000 to $40,000,000. • The project requires bidders to be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation and licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractor's Board. • Bidders must use bid and bid guaranty forms furnished by the County. • Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Bid Documents and related applicable laws. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • Bids must be submitted electronically via the County's OpenGov Procurement Portal before 1:00 PM on February 4, 2026.
