Description
The City of Trenton is seeking a licensed engineering firm to provide professional services to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. The selected firm will review subdivision and site plans, perform engineering reviews, and provide recommendations on various aspects of development projects. The contract will be for a period of one year, from the date of award to December 31, 2026. The firm will be reimbursed through an escrow account funded by the prospective developer.
• Review of subdivision and site plans
• Preparation of written reports on compliance with municipal ordinances
• Participation in meetings to review projects
• Provision of written technical reviews to the Division of Planning
• Maintenance of documents related to the duties and functions of the review consultant
• Assistance with inspection of development projects
• Performance of other related engineering services as requested
