Prismatic Development Corporation, a GC located in East Hanover NJ seeks proposals from qualified NYS MWBE and SDVOB firms for the renovation of 360 Adams St., Brooklyn. The SOW is to complete accessibility and ADA upgrades throughout the building - namely washrooms and courthouses to include flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, specialties, vertical transportation, there is also a full MEP scope.
The 30% M/WBE: goals for the project are: 12% Black American 18% Hispanic American.
