2026 Manhole Rehabilitation Project

The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for the 2026 Manhole Rehabilitation Project, which involves removing and replacing 12 manholes, rehabilitating 2 existing manholes, rebuilding 15 manhole benches and troughs, and removing and replacing the ring and lid of 3 manholes. The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and utility/transportation services necessary to complete the work. The contractor must also comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal Taxes and regulations. • The project includes epoxy coating, calcium aluminate patching, and fast-setting cementitious material. • The contractor must submit a traffic control plan and obtain necessary permits. • The project has a 60-day completion timeline. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check as a guarantee. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
