Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a qualified vendor to provide 35,000 stainless steel seals, specifically the Panduit Corp part number NCMSCD20BW63-C4. The seals must meet the specified requirements, including being 5/8 inch in size, made of AISI 304 nylon-coated stainless steel, and meeting the drawing 7016612, revision XC, method 202-13. The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and must provide a completed copy of the provisions 252.204-7016 and 252.204-7019 with their offer. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
• The contract will be a 100% small business set-aside.
• The vendor must provide the country of origin for each line item.
• The vendor must list the price, FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact, name, and phone number with their quote.
• The payment terms are net 30 days after acceptance of the material.
• The vendor must indicate their preferred method of payment, either Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
