Precast Concrete Drainage Units (2026-2027)

The work in this section shall consist of the design, manufacture, and delivery of precast concrete drainage units as shown on the Contract Documents and as ordered by the OWNER. The fabricator shall submit shop drawings, bearing the approval and stamp of a registered Professional Engineer licensed to practice in the State of New York, of any and all items proposed to be furnished under this contract. • The contract term shall be for a period through March 31, 2027, with an option to extend for up to one additional year. • The contract may be extended unilaterally by the County for an additional period of up to one month upon written notice to the Contractor. • Bidders shall provide proof of financial and technical ability to produce and provide all bid items. • The County of Chemung reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any proposal.
