Stoney Creek High School Orchestra Lift Modernization

The Rochester Community Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to modernize the existing orchestra lift at Stoney Creek High School. The project includes the replacement of the existing lift system with a new direct-driven, electro-mechanical system with dual motors and gearboxes. The lift system shall be designed to accommodate a live imposed load of 50 lbs/ft2 plus self-weight of the platform, with an average travel speed of 6 ft/min. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project, including the installation of new lift columns, drive transmission, and control system.
