Description
The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is seeking quotes for the provision of various screw cap hexagon hex head bolts. The requirement is for 200 units of each of six different types of bolts, with varying lengths and specifications. The successful contractor will be required to provide the bolts with shipping included in the unit price, FOB Destination to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard IMF. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
• The bolts must meet the specifications outlined in the MIL-DTL-1222J standard.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The contractor must include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, and whether or not the company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• The Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.
