Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a vendor to supply 4 currency counters that meet specific technical requirements, including a scanning speed of 1,000 bills per minute and a scanning accuracy of 99.99%. The counters must also have a multi-function adjustable illuminated touch panel display and be able to detect counterfeit bills. The vendor must provide descriptive literature and drawings for the product, and the GSA reserves the right to seek additional information or clarification. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The quote must include the total destination price for the items.
• The vendor must be able to deliver the items within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
• The vendor must be able to provide shipment information, including carrier tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
• The vendor must be able to invoice the GSA via EDI or the Fed-Pay portal.
