Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a contractor to provide rapid prototyping services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering tactical systems to the warfighter, including prototype development, hardware fabrication, and project management. The contractor will also provide engineering design, development, and testing, as well as drawing development, bill of material development, fabrication, design analysis, and manufacturability analysis. The contract will include a base period of one year with four one-year options.
• The contractor must have a facility located within 200 miles of NSWCDD, Dahlgren, VA.
• The contractor must have ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified manufacturing facilities.
• The contractor will be required to provide capable personnel with qualifications, experience levels, security clearances, and necessary licenses, certifications, and training.
• The contractor will be required to maintain and report the inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP) issued under this contract.
• The contractor will be required to comply with the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 and the NSWCDD Command Security Manual.
