Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking sources capable of providing a new and modernized Main Landing Gear Tester, including a Hydraulic Cabinet Assembly and an associated tool kit for MLG door actuators. The complete deliverable requires on-site assembly, installation, and training at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The contractor shall have the capability to provide the USG with a new and modernized Main Landing Gear Tester, including all specified components, manuals, and tool kits.
• The Main Landing Gear Tester must include a new modernized design and user manual.
• The Hydraulic Cabinet Assembly must include a new modernized design and user manual.
• The tool kit for the MLG door actuators must include sizing rings, swaging tools, installation bullet, holding and set fixtures, retracted/extended length test gauges, electrical test set (proximity box), torque wrench and adaptor set, and spring tester.
• The contractor must provide on-site training and assembly of the Main Landing Gear Tester.
• The contractor must have engineering and data acquisition expertise, including experience in providing on-site training, assembly of the Main Landing Gear Tester, and follow-on support as needed.
