Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to perform bathroom and plumbing upgrades at the Travere City S.O.B. office building. The project includes demolition and removal of existing plumbing fixtures, piping, and venting, as well as the installation of new fixtures and services. The contractor will be required to verify existing services, including sanitary lines, cold and hot water lines, storm lines, and venting, prior to commencing demolition work. The project also includes the installation of new electric water heaters, water coolers, and plumbing fixtures.
