The Town of Barnstable is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete a data-driven Affordable Housing Market Feasibility Study. This study aims to inform recommendations to amend the Town's Inclusionary Affordable Housing ordinance as part of the Housing Choice Grant Program.
