The U.S. Army Watervliet Arsenal is seeking a manufacturer to produce 78 body breech‑ring forgings for the 155 mm M284 cannon, adhering to drawing #11579761 Rev E, with strict quality‑assurance, IUID marking, and first‑article testing requirements. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, DPAS‑priority DOA‑5, and will be awarded to a single vendor on an all‑or‑none basis. The contractor must supply full contract‑data packages, comply with export‑control restrictions, and deliver the forgings within specified lead times (90 days for first‑article‑required units, 120 days for the remainder).
