Description
The City of Cleveland’s Division of Park Maintenance is seeking an authorized Stihl dealer to provide parts, labor, and related services for the maintenance of Stihl equipment (chainsaws, trimmers, etc.). The contract is capped at $10,000 and requires firm labor rates, warranty coverage, and delivery logistics within a 50‑mile radius of Cleveland. Vendors must submit an electronic bid by the deadline, include required disclosures, and provide proof of authorized dealer status.
• Supply labor (repair, maintenance, installation) and parts for Stihl equipment used by park services.
• Provide a 12‑month labor warranty (or 6‑month post‑installation) and a minimum 6‑month parts warranty.
• Must be an authorized Stihl parts dealer within 50 mi of zip 44105, include shipping/freight in unit prices, and state delivery lead‑time in work days.
