Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has a new requirement in support of the USS HIGGINS (DDG-76) for Ship Alteration. The repair and maintenance package of work items are included as an attachment to the solicitation. The period of performance is from 5 OCT 2026 to 11 MAY 2027, and the place of performance is the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base.
• The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042.
• Firms who do not possess an active U.S MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award.
• Offerors must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 6 AUG 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST).
• Access to the work specification package may only be accessed through DoD SAFE, and offerors must request access by sending an email to the primary contact by 4 AUG 2026 10:00 am JST.
