Description
The Miami-Dade County is seeking a contractor to perform interior renovation work at the MIA Bldg. 3030 Warehouse, including the removal of restrooms and NOV improvements. The scope of work includes demolition, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, as well as the installation of new partitions and drywall. The contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits and inspections, and to provide a lump sum bid for the project. The project is expected to take approximately 260 days to complete.
