Teardown, Inspection, Light Cleaning, Evaluation and Packaging of USN RADCON Unit Services

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division is seeking a contractor to provide teardown, inspection, light cleaning, evaluation, and packaging services for USN RADCON unit services. The contractor will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, surveying, and cleaning a 250-KS4 marine gas turbine engine, and disposing of any radiologically contaminated byproducts. The contractor must have an agreement state possession license or NRC license to receive, process, and store radiologically contaminated hardware. The period of performance for this effort is 120 days. Key aspects of the job include: * Disassembly, inspection, survey, and cleaning of a 250-KS4 marine gas turbine engine * Disposition of parts according to their level of radiological contamination * Provision of a Government Property Management System Plan * Compliance with security requirements, including protection of critical information and controlled unclassified information * Maintenance of a Quality Management System in accordance with ASQ/ANSI/ISO 9001:2015 standards
