PILOT VALVE SUBASSE

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a pilot valve subasse. The solicitation is being issued under EAF authority, and the synopsis is waived based on urgency. The contractor must provide newly manufactured spares only, and refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be acceptable. The requirements at DFARS 211.274, which mandates the use of DFARS clause 252.211-7003, have been deleted from all non-CLSSA FMS spares requirements processed by NAVSUP WSS and DLA-Aviation.
