External Evaluator for Gear Up Partnership Grant

Mount Wachusett Community College is seeking an external evaluator for the GEAR UP Partnership Grant. The evaluator will be responsible for providing rigorous assessment and evaluation of the program, including data collection and analysis. The evaluator must have experience with federally funded educational grants and quasi-experimental study design. The contract term is 2 years with the option of 3 one-year extensions. The annual budget for the evaluator is $30,000. Key responsibilities include: • Refine the quasi-experimental study design • Develop data collection tools and surveys • Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with the project director • Provide formative and summative reports • Deliver a final report at the end of the contract term
