Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking quotes for the procurement of 36 - 12”X12” Flat Glass Sheets of BR-4 Ballistic Glass and 36 - 12”X12” Flat Glass Sheets of BR-6 Ballistic Glass. The glass sheets must meet specific ballistic protection requirements, including NIJ Level III. The quote must include a technical capability statement, price worksheet, and other required information.
• The glass sheets must be of one-piece construction with an anti-spall inner layer and laminated construction.
• The glass sheets must have a material alone capability of meeting or exceeding the ballistic protection of NIJ Level III.
• The exposed polycarbonate surface must be treated with an abrasion-resistant coating with a Certificate of Compliance.
• The quote must be submitted electronically via email and must include the offeror's name and address, point of contact, and DUNS number.
