Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this contract is likely to be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million, based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a term contract with four renewal options. The City of Garland has not provided a specific estimate of the contract value, but the requirements for the contractor to provide a bid bond and performance bond suggest that the contract is likely to be substantial. The budget will depend on the specific work orders issued by the City of Garland and the rates bid by the contractor. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the work, the number of locations involved, and the duration of the contract.
